Lifehack: frying bacon – No need for all the bacon to touch the surface of frying pan. Just load up a whole pound (one strip at a time) into your frying pan and cook on med. As the bottom cooks, it will make enough grease to cook the rest. No need for pan-to-bacon contact on every single piece. Also, when turning bacon, pick up the bacon from the front of the pan and flip it carefullyso the grease doesn’t potentially splash toward you. Try not to get it on a burner, though, if you’re cooking something else at the same time or fire may happen.
