If you want to become a morning person, now is the perfect chance. When you turn the clocks back, instead of staying in bed for an extra hour in the morning, stick to your usual routine.

Change the time but not your routine. For example, I usually go to bed at 11pm and get up at 7am which gives me 8 hours’ sleep.

Tonight I’ll go to bed at 11 as usual. Since the clocks go back, I’ll wake up at 6am still with 8 hours’ sleep.
